Lokomov sees itself as a cultural space and open meeting place in the neighbourhood. With social events such as the monthly cake platter (cake and vinyl), games afternoons, regular salsa courses, karaoke evenings and themed series of events or the open bar plenum, it facilitates socio-cultural exchange and, with its continuously growing and participatory programme of readings and concerts, forms an important part of the neighbourhood
